My house with garage, is located in a quiet noble neighborhood, with beautiful squares, excellent for walking.The supermarket is on the corner and very close is the charming center of Vila Leopoldina with shops and restaurants.The 500 meters swimming pool and tennis court free at Clube Escola Edson Arantes do Nascimento ; nearby are USP , Park and Shopping Vila Lobos,Alianz Park and SESC Pompéia. Bus on the corner and 1 km from Domingos de Moraes train station, two meters from Barra Funda subway. The space On the balcony of the guest room you can enjoy it and you will have access to the backyard with sun lounger. Guest access As indicated, guests will have access to laundry and kitchen and a space reserved in the refrigerator for their belongings. During your stay I will be happy to help and offer tips as long as it is available. Other things to note I ask for great attention to the CORNMEAL,my little dog, when coming and going out of the house,because he is a runaway!!
