Casa Sunshine! Private pool, walk to Xcacel Beach!

Come rest and relax at Casa Sunshine! A beautiful little house with jungle views in the sleepy town of Chan Chemuyil, nestled between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. Enjoy your own private pool and a covered patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails. On the edge of the jungle, Casa Sunshine is a 15-20 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the coast or a short drive to many others. Come to Mexico and live like a local! The space We are located a short 15 minutes north of Tulum, conveniently located to the new Tulum airport. There are two bedrooms and one bath. There is a private pool in the back of the house. I keep a property manager who will get you settled in and be there for you should you have any concerns or problems. There are 2 bikes for your use. The house has AC and ceiling fans throughout. Chan Chemuyil hosts 3 cenotes within walking distance and the sweet pueblo of Chemuyil is a short 1.2k away (18 mn. walk), where you can find restaurants, street food and a coffee shop and more. You will find the experience of being here with a car easier, but it is doable on foot with the help of public transport very close by. Guest access Guests will have access to one or both bedrooms depending on the rental. (Rates are based on one br access unless otherwise discussed.) and the rest of the house, including the private pool in the back. Other things to note AC is very expensive. please moderate your use and do not leave on when you leave the house. If the electric is substantially more than it should be ( 275 kWh for a week is a generous average), you will need to pay the extra. The meter will be read the day you arrive and the day you leave. (You may also take a photo of the meter.) It is on the front of the house, easily accessible. If you use it moderately and respectfully, there should be no issue. Leaving it on in all rooms all day and night will result in additional fees. Be aware of this. Please be respectful. Monthly rentals do NOT include electricity. That will be paid separately. There will be a house book available for other important things to know.
