Park your car for free, secure your bike in my bike storage and enjoy short stroll to Whistler's restaurants, stores and markets. You have access to all whistler has to offer within walking distance. For large SUVs over 8’ tall, there is a nearby parking lot available at a nightly rate. Free parking for up to 8 ft. NOTE: Hot tub is in renovations The space My Condo is privately owned Situated on the 2nd floor, the condo has a spacious, bright living area, big window and cable TV, Ideal for up to 4 people. Warm up to a relaxing gas fireplace to be enjoyed in winter. Air conditioning in the summer. The living area has a sofa that can be used as a queen bed. The kitchen has many amenities for cooking including coffee maker, toaster and set of non stick pots and pans. My place has an open concept so whether you're cooking up a storm, having a bite at the dining table or chilling on the sofa you can mingle with everyone and be a part of the fun. Professionally cleaned Towels & linens provided for your use. Shampoo, soap, shower gel and conditioner - all provided for you Skis & snowboards MUST be stored in the locker room by the lobby. There's a bike room in the underground parking to lock you bike (please bring your own lock). Guest access Parking: 8ft height indoor parking for one car is free. For larger vehicles, there is 12ft indoor parking next to this unit parking but it’s not free. Suite features in suite laundry, a balcony, with nice view, a kitchen with full size appliances - fridge - microwave - dishwasher - and full oven. The complex have a hot tub, gym, 1 complimentary underground 8 ft parking stall, bike locker (bring your own lock and bike), ski locker and our amazing front desk is always there to help and check you in when you arrive. Other things to note Please bring a piece of picture ID and a credit card when you check in as the front desk will put a $500 damage deposit hold on your credit card ( your card won’t be charged, just a hold) for any damage. The hold will be removed once our cleaner has confirmed there has been no damage after you check out. Whistler Village has noise bylaws - quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Any noise complaints may receive charges from the municipality and/or building management, these charges will be charged back to the guest - through Airbnb complaint resolution.
