The space Ideally located in the residential area of the municipality of Muy, the house is close to all amenities, 20 minutes from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime and just minutes from the many wineries in the region. Outside, you will enjoy a large garden of 1,200 m2, not overlooked, its heated pool (from May to October) as well as a beautiful terrace ready to receive your barbecues and moments of relaxation. Inside, the house has a large living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The 25 m2 Beige Room has direct access to the terrace and pool. It is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, an open dressing room and 2 80 x 200 cm children's beds. The 10 m2 Blue Room is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and an open dressing room. The 13 m2 Terracota Room has direct access to the terrace and pool. It is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed as well as an open dressing room. Other things to note Maximum capacity: 6 adults and 2 children.
