SPA AND POOL USAGE - The spa is complimentary for 3 hours per day. For any additional usage, there is a charge of $6/hour. - Pool heating is available from October through May, between 9AM and 9PM, at a cost of $100/day with prior arrangement. HOUSE RULES: • Please no amplified music outdoors. • Quiet hours are from 11PM to 8AM. • Please use plastic cups and plates around the pool. • No screaming or yelling outside during all hours (please don't disturb our neighbors at any time). • No more people on property than agreed upon at time of booking, daily visits of family members and friends are acceptable with notification. • Guest parking is available on the driveway or on the street in front of this property only. • THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, absolutely no parties or events of any kind. • If police are called to the property, any citations issued are the sole responsibility of the guest. • Dogs, or any pets are NOT allowed!!! Please be informed that we have a gardener and pool person that visits the property weekly. They have access only to the exterior areas of the property (absolutely no access to the inside of the home). Unfortunately we are unable to specify the “hours” of these visits to tailor our guests specific timing due to many different reasons (weather, holidays, timing , etc).
