Tranquility and well-being are the requirements of the house that I offer in a unique, differentiated space, integrated with nature, surrounded by dunes, coconut trees and a privileged view of the ocean It is located just over 700 m from Caueira Beach and about 40 min from downtown Aracaju, in an ideal environment for those who want rest and quiet and at the same time enjoy a place with a beautiful primitive beach, close to the capital and some of the main tourist attractions of the state of Sergipe . The space The house is simple, cozy, rustic, airy and tasteful. There are no luxuries, no blindex, no porcelain tiles. The roof is exposed, but the suites in this listing are lined, have air conditioning and an electric shower. There is limited internet and wifi signal. The space is suitable for people who value peace and privacy, who enjoy nature and walking on the ground, who know how to enjoy every simple detail that the environment offers, such as the stars, the moonlight, the sound of the waves of the sea, the sunrise and the singing of birds. It is an exclusive place, which usually satisfies those who know it! Privacy, tranquility and quiet are points that privilege our corner, but in isolated situations, such as certain days of carnival, New Year's Eve or some Sundays of holiday, the movement on the beach increases and generates some noises that can be heard on the spot at certain times of the day! We are nature lovers and sea turtles lay their eggs in the area. To protect them, we do not have reflectors facing the beach and outdoor lighting is limited to the balconies surrounding the house. We are Pet Friendly and accept pets. We also have our own pets, who are both companions and watchful animals, but they stay in a separate kennel from the house area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, the suites, the large grounds and common areas such as balconies with hammocks, a living room with TV, kitchen, tables, chairs, dining spaces, pizza oven, wood-burning stove, barbecue, children's pool, outdoor shower, playground and, of course, the entire length of the beach in front of you. Other things to note Caueira beach is a place with very basic infrastructure, it has a few bars and restaurants, small supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, gas station and pharmacy nearby. It does not have ATMs or other services. Before, access was only by the beachside and with the movement of cars dependent on the height of the tide. Currently there is a new access, but it is necessary to drive for about 2 km on a dirt road. Guests can use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. However, the three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner, which are not included in the daily rate) can be offered, upon consultation of the available menu prices and options, which are presented to guests upon arrival.
