Tranquility and well-being are the requirements of the house I offer in a unique, differentiated space, integrated with nature, surrounded by dunes, coconut trees and a privileged view of the ocean It is located just over 700 m from Caueira Beach and about 40 min from downtown Aracaju, in an environment ideal for those who want rest and quiet and at the same time enjoy a place with a beautiful primitive beach, close to the capital and some of the main tourist attractions of the state of Sergipe . The space The house is simple, cozy, rustic, airy and tasteful. There is no luxuries, no blindex, no porcelain tile. The roof is apparent, but the suites of this listing are lined, air-conditioned and electric shower. There is limited internet and wifi sign. The space is suitable for people who value quiet and privacy, who like nature and walking on the ground, who know how to take advantage of every simple detail that the environment offers, like the stars, the moonlight, the sound of the waves of the sea, the sunrise and the singing of birds. It's an exclusive place that usually satisfies those who know it! Privacy, quiet and quiet are points that privilege our nook, however, in isolated situations, such as certain days of carnival, reveillon or some holiday Sundays, the movement on the beach increases and generates some noises that can be heard on the spot at certain times of the day! We are nature lovers and in the space there are sea turtle desovas. To protect them, we don't have beach-facing reflectors, and outdoor lighting is limited to the balconies around the house. We are Pet Friendly and we accept pets. We also have our animals, which at the same time are companions and vigilant animals, but they are in a kennel separate from the house area. Guest access Guests have access to all the space, suites, ample land and common areas, such as balconies with hammocks, living room with TV, kitchen, tables, chairs, dining spaces, pizza oven, wood stove, barbecue, children's pool, showers in the outdoor area, children's playground and, of course, the entire length of the beach in front of them. Other things to note Caueira beach is a place with very basic infrastructure, with a few bars and restaurants, small supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, gas station and pharmacy nearby. It does not have ATMs or other services. Before, the access was only by the edge of the beach and with the movement of the cars depending on the height of the tide. Currently there is a new access, but it is necessary to guide for about 2 km by a mud road. Guests can use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. However, the three meals can be offered (breakfast, lunch and dinner, which are not included in the daily rate), upon consultation of values and options of the menu available and presented to the guests upon their arrival.
