Living & sleeping: • Relax on the cozy sofa and enjoy a first-class home theater evening in front of the brilliant 55" Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV. • Two comfortable, 1.8 m wide king-size box spring beds with blackout shades ensure a relaxing night's sleep. One of the beds can be separated into two single beds if needed. • Premium sleeping comfort for guests 5 & 6: The spacious 160x200 cm sofa bed provides a bed like a real, luxurious double bed thanks to the extra 5 cm Visco memory foam topper. Directly in the living room, your own air conditioning and the QLED TV provide an absolute feel-good atmosphere. • The attic apartment offers a particularly quiet and cozy atmosphere. • The modern air conditioning (AC) comfortably ensures a perfect indoor climate, even on hot summer days. Private balcony: • Enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Starnberg and the mountains directly from your private balcony. • With cozy seating, the balcony is the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun or relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. Kitchen: • The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and is ideal for longer stays. • In addition, a high-quality Moccamaster filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine are available for your perfect start to the day. Remote work & wifi: • A private workspace and fast high-speed Wi-Fi (238 Mbps) make the apartment ideal for remote work and workations. Bathrooms: • The modern bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower – perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake or in the mountains. Guest access The guests have the entire apartment at their private disposal during their stay. • Flexible and convenient self check-in for a relaxed arrival from 4 PM to 8 PM. • Free private parking right in front of the left garage. • Additional free parking is available right on the street. • A washing machine and dryer in the building are available to you free of charge. Other things to note Check in is after 4pm The apartment is ideal for families, longer stays and remote work. For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a baby cot, a high chair and changing mats on request. Please just let us know before your arrival.
