One of our favorite details is the low-profile design of the furnishings, which invites you to sink in and unwind-like being wrapped in a cocoon of comfort. For an added touch of ease, we’ve made the bedroom mattresses slightly higher than usual, making it effortless to get in and out of bed. We can’t wait for you to experience it! The Treehouse has three unique sleeping arrangements, some of which only a Treehouse can offer. The primary bedroom is where you can escape to the cozy comfort of the ground-floor bedroom, featuring a snug yet incredibly comfortable double bed and a private en-suite full bathroom*. Just roll out of bed and the Calibouge Sound will greet you. The second bedroom is your retreat to the top floor where you can sink into the luxurious comfort of an exceptionally comfortable king-size bed. This private sanctuary promises a restful night’s sleep, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. The secondary living room is a multi-use room overlooking a tranquil bamboo forest, This space offers flexible sleeping options with a trundle bed that can be set up as a cozy single twin bed, two separated twin beds, or a spacious king-size bed when combined. While this space doesn’t have a door, its beautiful view and versatile setup make it an inviting and relaxing spot. The dappled light peeking through the bamboo amplifies the sleeping experience. *The nautical-style plumbing of the lower level adds a unique touch-only toilet paper and waste should be flushed. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for easy access. Please avoid using the shower and washer at the same time to keep things running smoothly. Includes a water softener, on demand hot water, Wi-Fi locks and three separate zones of HVAC for your comfort for an ideal stay. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire home, except for the locked storage closet. The pool access is just an easy walk up the road behind The Harbour Town Clubhouse and Golf Links. Also, if you want to drive, there is free parking there. IMPORTANT: renters between April 14 and the 20th will be within the restricted zone of the RBC Heritage golf tournament. To get into the restricted zone you must have a hang tag and we are happy to offer two of those for that period of time. Other things to note This is a whole house single-family home rental and you will not be sharing any internal spaces with strangers. However, we do have a locked closet (upstairs behind the stairway) for our amenity storage. None of our properties have cameras or noise monitoring devices of any kind. Some of our properties have Alexa© pucks, Google©-enabled devices, Wi-Fi-enabled appliances and/or Sonos© speakers of which may have microphones. You are welcome to unplug any of them if you have any privacy concerns. Do not unplug any of the internet equipment, remove any thermostat or smoke alarms. This could result in a service call. We have upgraded our Wi-Fi to 1G. Be sure your phone is set up to send and receive calls through the Wi-Fi. There are dead spots for both of the major carriers all over the islands and waterways. And, after purchasing your Sea Pines entrance pass, everything within the community has free parking*, including two (maximum) parking spots in front of the Treehouse. AirBnB does not like us to have any additional expenses for our renters after a booking has been made. But there’s no way around this issue on our island. All of our communities are gated and an entrance pass has to be issued. *Your parking spot(s) are directly in front of the treehouse. It is really important that you park perpendicular, pointed towards the water or the house. There is a diagram in the collection of photos. Please do not park parallel or in front of the brick sidewalks.
