Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. - Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. - You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. - For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. - Dogs are considered with payment of our pet fee. - Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
