The space 1. A cozy fireplace provides warmth and comfort on colder days. Enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny southwest-facing balcony – perfect for outdoor breakfasts or a glass of wine in the afternoon. 2. Two stylish bedrooms with high-quality furnishings The flat has two cosy bedrooms that are both functional and tastefully designed. In addition to the master bedroom with a king-size bed, the second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a high-quality bunk bed with two full-size mattresses - ideal for adults and children. Families, friends and couples alike will find a restful night's sleep here. 3. Fully equipped kitchen for culinary moments of joy The modern kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances – including a Thermomix – and leaves nothing to be desired. Guest access Check-in and check-out The Check-in is simple and contactless via an access code, which you will receive from us before your arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, we can check the availability of an early check-in for you. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a later check-out, please inform us in advance so we can check the availability. Other things to note The following services are already included and free of charge for you: Parking A parking space in the underground garage is available for you. Family-Friendly Accommodation For the little ones, we provide a baby cot and a Tripp Trapp high chair with support (from 6 months) upon request. This service is free of charge but requires prior notice. Sleeping All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds and mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bed Linen & Towels For each arrival, we provide bed linen and towels according to the number of guests included in your reservation. A washing machine and a dryer (or a washer-dryer) are also available for your use.
