Entering you will find yourself in the living area furnished with premium furniture and consisting of a kitchen, sofa, table for 4 people, TV screen and air conditioning. You will immediately find a bedroom overlooking the garden and lake, furnished with a large wardrobe and, optionally, one or two single beds. From the hallway between living area and bedroom you can access a bathroom with shower, also overlooking the lake. From the hallway, you can descend via a wooden spiral staircase to the large master bedroom in the basement, which guarantees a cool climate even in the height of summer. Here you will find a comfortable double bed, a large closet, a wall-mounted TV, a small window, and a washing machine. You will also have a reserved parking space at your disposal. Guest access The apartment is on the raised ground floor. It is accessed from the parking lot through an external flight of stairs. You can fully use the entire apartment, the private garden and porch. You will also have access to the residence's swimming pool (open approximately from mid/end of May until the end of September). All in strict compliance with the condominium regulations of the residence. Other things to note Ideal for families, couples, and small groups of friends. The private garden allows you to enjoy the sun in total privacy and to organize lunches and dinners outdoors enjoying the wonderful lake view in total tranquility (private BBQ and deckchairs available).
