It has: - A double bed. - A 2 seater sofa bed (sleeping size 150x190cm) - A 65 inch 4K Qled TV with a sound bar - Separate toilet - A kitchen open to the fully equipped living room ( Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Micro-Wave, stovetop, coffee machine, oven, washing machine ) - A dressing room Bedding is provided ( bed sheet, pillow, duvet ) The canopy that separates the living room from the bedroom allows a bright bridge between the 2 rooms and you have the option to watch TV from the bedroom bed. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Bright system: Phillips Hue to create atmospheres in the living room. Parking is charged from 9am. You have 30 minutes free of charge per day to park in this parking lot. Sundays and evenings are free. Also, there is the Auchan car park ( communicating to the building ) with 2 hours free as well. And a new underground parking lot right next door with day or week passes. You do not need vehicles to get around Vence. The apartment is located in the hyper center with direct access to the pharmacy, the Casino, several shops and restaurants. The bus station is a 2-minute walk from the property.
