You will notice, a very pleasantly quiet apartment in quiet surroundings, as Elisenstraße ends after a few meters as a cul-de-sac. Sea & sophisticated bath architecture. Here you are in the middle and close to the sea at the same time. Ideal for spending time with family, friends, children, with dog, a getaway or sometimes for longer. The location is excellent - right on the spa park, also called a green oasis of tranquility - it is only 300 meters to the beach. The Binzer promenade with numerous restaurants, shops is located just a few meters - almost around the corner - and leads you straight towards the pier with an adjacent beach promenade. Everything within easy walking distance. The cozy apartment 6 in "Villa Chloe" is located on the first floor of this newly built in 2023, elegant bathroom style villa, in a quiet and central location of Binz. The 80 sqm enchanting apartment has been furnished with love and equipped to offer the highest possible living comfort. Because get away is important. It has two bedrooms each with a cozy double bed (size 1.60 m x 2.00 m, with bed box), each with flat-screen TV, wardrobe. The master bedroom offers a small desk as well as an en suite bathroom. In total, there are two  modern bathrooms with walk-in/toilet. Both living room and bedroom are oriented to the spa park, unobstructed view. A nicer getaway might be the direct view of the Baltic Sea, but a view of an oasis of tranquility - how could a vacation day start and end beautifully.    The bright, modernly furnished living/dining area is as well equipped as everything in this apartment. A comfortable, large sofa, a large lounge chair and cozy stool invite you to relax. The large, pivotable flat-screen TV was deliberately chosen in the middle. This way you can watch TV from both the living and dining area, as you like. The spacious wooden table in the transitional dining area offers ample space for social gatherings, but is also very suitable as a workspace in case the work has to be with you. Just opposite the dining table is the harmoniously inserted, integrated kitchen. It offers plenty of storage space and is of course fully equipped. From the dishwasher, fridge with freezer to ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, etc.  Wifi access is of course available and free of charge.   Another gem is the balcony with fantastic views of the countryside of the spa park. The covered balcony is accessible from the living/dining area. Matching, cozy terrace furniture for 4 people invites you to cozy hours. Even if the weather is not friendly. - South-east orientation! Arrival by car: A car parking space in the underground garage can be rented at €8.50 per day (advance notice is mandatory, number plate required!). - Underground parking: clearance height 2 m, space 2.60 m wide and 5 m deep. The apartment can only be booked with final cleaning and laundry package. The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is subject to a spa tax from the age of 3, as well as dogs must pay a spa tax in Binz. Guest access Garbage disposal & separate, lockable bicycle storage are located just opposite the underground car garage access. Other things to note 1 dog (small to medium size) is welcome by advance notice and will be charged with a one-time fee of €55. In addition, dogs are also subject to caution in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The spa office Binz charges €2 per day for your four-legged friend. We ask for your understanding that your dog is not allowed in or on the beds, or on the furniture. Owners are liable for damages. A copy of pet custody insurance is mandatory.
