Come enjoy this private wooded getaway with stunning views and room for the whole family, minutes from Ski Roundtop. You will find all the comforts of home that go along with this 3 bedroom guest house. Enjoy a stroll amongst the trees on a large secluded property or catch a sunrise from the living room. Work up a sweat at the in-house gym or have some fun in the downstairs game room. You can visit nearby Pinchot Park or take a short drive to a number of cities, towns and major attractions. The space One of our favorite features of this charming home is the gorgeous picture window in the living room allowing for plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding pine trees and downtown Dover. There is an electric fireplace, TV, and streaming devices in both the living room and downstairs game room. There is central heat and A/C as well as high speed internet throughout the house. You will also find a fire pit outside with chairs for a relaxing evening outdoors, as well as horseshoes and frisbee golf games. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the first floor as well as an eat-in kitchen. There are Queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom has a single bunk bed. Each room has a closet and dresser. (There is floor space for 2 single air mattresses if additional sleeping space is needed). There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. Our game room is sure to add some fun to your trip! There is a bookshelf stocked full of books, board games and puzzles for all ages. Enjoy a game of darts and pool or show off your skills with the Karaoke machine. When you’re ready to relax you can find a spot on the couch and watch a movie while you try out the popcorn maker. There is a bar area with a sink, mini fridge and prep space to keep all your snacks and drinks. There is also a gym space equipped with loads of equipment such as a treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, punching bag and more. When the weather is nice you can open the overhead garage door to enjoy the amazing view while you work out! Guest access The property is situated on two acres with grass lawns and open wooded spaces which are free for you to explore. The environment is serene and quiet which is best suited for individuals and families who are looking for a quiet place to get away. Several neighbors are close by so property boundaries and noise considerations are to be respected. The house is located back a private dirt and gravel drive which can be tricky to find so host provided directions may be helpful. While our guest house is already prepared with everything you need to have wonderful stay we are still working on more great additions.
