Dreamy Escape 10 Miles from RMNP & Lyons

What Colorado is about> at a great price. Refresh in a welcoming, spacious, quiet space embraced by our 1+ acre, and natl forest adjacent. We're halfway between young, hip Lyons and Estes Park! Boulder close. Three large rooms, bath & laundry. Many decks! Full-sized fridge. Luxury linens, pillows & towels. Futon sleeps 2, extra thick, comfy, ottoman extension. All the pictures are just 1 unit-and it's all yours! Games, books. 3 TV's. Coffee/tea bar. Fenced dog run. An amazing value. The space The rental space is half of the property: the lower part of an amazing home in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It is quiet, a full apt. that resembles a cabin, with everything you need and more. There is a minimal connection between the upper and lower floors, because of the design, there is minimal sound transfer and maximum privacy of the rental area. Nothing is shared. There is 1250 sq ft indoor space, and another 500 sq ft of outdoor space (a guess). It's 15 minutes from the town of Lyons and Estes Park/RMNP. Very quiet and private. There is a local cafe that has beer, wine, limited food (homemade pot pies, chili :(, pie ;). coffee and great ice cream. Another food place open Thursdays-Sundays with Polish and some American food. There is an extra-large Master Suite: bedroom, bath and laundry are privately enclosed front the other spaces, separated by a full wooden door and hall from the Great Room space: living room, kitchen and there's an extra room: study/game room. The Bonus Room has a set of French doors separating it from the Great Room/Kitchen area, with it's own TV and eating area. The French doors from the Great Room look out onto the private deck area with a lot of outdoor furniture/dining sets, including a propane fire pit and a BBQ. The hot tub is unfortunately not in order at this time! Beyond that are the "porch" decks with the BBQ and a path to the fountain, dog run and our 1.1 acre property. Beyond that are thousands of acres of national forest. You can literally hike to National Forest (a few yards away) between our house and the one just below us. Go straight back and down a tad to the creek, then back up. Many local (dog-friendly) trails. There is a lot of hiking locally here in PWS and close by: year-round! I can direct you. Dogs are allowed. :) Dogs are not allowed in Rocky Mtn. Ask about dog care while you are out in RMNP. I'm a pro. : ) Things you may see/hear in our neighborrhood and on our property. Elk, deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks, fox, lots of birds, hummingbirds. Guest access The private entrance is through the wrap-around deck and patio. There is another, more direct access thru the garage entrance marked with a Broncos flag. : ) The door code is 7676 (like the address). Other things to note *This is an amazing, super quiet and beautiful, large property inside and out and in an amazing area. *Wonderful if your soul needs to Breathe. *Free pup therapy with Scooby-Doo and Tater-Tot if interested. **It's not far from Boulder, Estes Park and adorable, up and coming, artistic-live music loving Lyons.
