Just like the name of the place, the surroundings are unique, nestled in meadows, vineyards and forests. And yet close to sights, recreational and adventure sites as well as cities in the Rhine-Main region. A bicycle path of the Nahe-Rhein region passes a few meters from the villa. Here you can explore beautiful places up to the banks of the Rhine, whether pedaling or e-biking. If your feet carry you better, you can also enjoy the beautiful hiking trails around Bockenau and experience the healthy air and the wonderful view on the sky loungers there. Your wellness oasis consists of 2 floors. The villa allows an excellent view from all rooms, but not barrier-free. A staircase leads to the main entrance on the 2nd floor of your villa (in the basement there is only a completely separate small office of the landlord as a tenant unit). Furthermore, you can access a large dining and living area via the entrance hall. From the dining area, the path leads you into a separate, spacious new country-style kitchen, equipped with high-quality electrical appliances (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Vorwerk Thermomix). There is also a work or bedroom, as well as a guest toilet and an archive/storage room. The living area is generously equipped, with a large LED TV, Bose sound system, game consoles and a nice fireplace for cooler days. Adjacent to the living area, you can enter the spacious conservatory through a sliding door, which forms the connecting element to the garden. There you can enjoy the morning and midday sun and also keep your physical fitness going on a professional treadmill. A Mediterranean staircase then leads you from the living and dining area to the 2nd floor, where there are three large bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. All three bedrooms have high-quality Swiss Sense beds with toppers and guarantee you a restful night's sleep. Two of the master bedrooms have access to a balcony from which you can experience a beautiful view of the vineyards. The daylight bathroom is generously equipped with a bathtub and a large rain shower, as well as a double sink, all high-quality items from Villeroy & Boch.
