And yet close to sights, recreation and experience sites as well as cities of the Rhine-Main region. A bike path of the near Rhine region passes the villa a few meters past the villa. Here you can explore beautiful places up to the banks of the Rhine, whether stomping or e-biking. If your feet are better carried, you can also enjoy the beautiful hiking trails around Bockenau and experience the healthy air and the magnificent view again and again on the sky loungers there. Your feel-good oasis consists of 2 floors. The villa allows an excellent view from all rooms, but not accessible. A staircase leads to the main entrance on the 1st floor of your villa (on the basement there is only a fully separated small office of the landlord as a single unit). Furthermore, the entrance hallway leads to a large area of food and living. From the dining area, the path leads you to a separate spacious new country-style kitchen, equipped with high-quality electrical appliances (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Vorwerk Thermomix). On this level there is also a work or bedroom, as well as a guest toilet and an archive/storage room. The living area is generously equipped, with a large led TV, Bose sound system, game consoles and a nice fireplace for slightly cooler days. After the living area, you enter the spacious conservatory through a sliding door, which forms the connecting element to the garden. There you can enjoy the morning and midday sun and also keep your physical fitness up and running on a professional treadmill. A Mediterranean staircase then leads you from the living/dining area to the 2nd floor, where there are three large bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. All three bedrooms boast high-quality Swiss Sense beds with topper and guarantee you a restful sleeping comfort. Two of the master bedrooms have access to a balcony from which you can experience an unobstructed beautiful view of the vineyards.
