Casa Meleisea is part of Villa Ethir, which is a brand new contemporary home (2018) built on the point between the estuaries of Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. Punto San Fransisco - as locals call it - is situated on a rock that overviews Tamarindo beach on the right and has Langosta beach to your left. You have direct beach access in front of the villa to both playa Tamarindo and playa Langosta,which is the more upper end part of Tamarindo. The space Perfect for a romantic getaway. Luxurious minimalistic villa for 2 persons with all amenities. Guest access Access to whole property, except for 2 casitas on same property that may be rented during your stay (max 6p on property). The garden and swimming pool are shared area. Other things to note FOR SEASON 2024-2025 : a 15% discount has been applied to your nightly price as we have some construction going on in the neighbourhood from that time on.
