The space One queen bed in the bedroom One full/queen pull out couch in living room One twin pull out bed next to wood stove. Guest access Guests have access to all the house except for one closet located in the kitchen where the water heater is. Guest have ample room large back yard and even larger front field. There is a field that runs along the road that will be off limits and the gate access will be locked so there is no confusion. You will also see another gate leading to the far end of the property that will also be locked and off limits. One last area to note is a storage shed that is off limits to guests. However, it has no doors to lock so please just respect our request. Other things to note If you are booking with us in October or November please be aware that there may be work taking place on the property (not your area but on the other side of the fence) it is our season for firewood, blowing out sprinklers, winter prep and what have you. Prices per night reflect the possibility of inconveniences during these months. We will always strive to do work when we are not hosting a guest but it may happen. Thank you for understanding.
