Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home base for exploration or just enjoy the tranquility. Minutes from La Pine State Park trail and river access (walkable from the neighborhood access). Just one exit south of Sunriver, easy access to all the amenities Sunriver offers without the crowds. Nearby access to Mt. Batchelor and the Cascade Lakes Highway. To the south, explore beautiful Paulina Peak, with hiking, hot springs, lava fields, lakes and waterfalls. The space 3 bed 2 bath single level home on just over a half acre located away from the noise in a peaceful country neighborhood setting. Guest access The whole home is open for guests use; including washer and dryer. We simply ask for guests not to enter master room closet or kids room closet. Garage is off limits. Other things to note We do live about a mile down a well maintained gravel/dirt road. Please be prepared in winter for much snow and 4 wheel drive vehicle.
