The perfect coastal retreat for families or couples looking to unwind by the sea. The space This cozy unit can fit 4 comfortably. Two additional guests, (children under 14), can use the pull out couch in the living room. The house is not permitted for 6 adults. (It's too small). The home is the first residence on Beach Road, offering uninterrupted views, and the advantage of walking to the local restaurant's. Direct Beach Access. - There are stairs leading to the beach. (Sometimes unavailable due to tides and sand condition). Alternative access to the beach is available through a vacant lot a few hundred yards down Beach Road. Guest access When you enter the Beach Road community off of Pacific Coast Hwy you will stop at the Safety Ambassador shack for a permit and a list of community rules. Your car's driver, (two vehicles maximum are permitted entry into the community), must be registered before entry. (Drivers first and last name). The house is a quarter mile down the road. (First house you encounter). There are two parking spaces for your private use, located in front of the beach house. Walk up the left side until you encounter the stairway on your right. Other things to note The bedroom windows are intentionally left without traditional shades to preserve the unobstructed views. However, we do provide blackout curtains that can be easily attached using Velcro tabs if you prefer more privacy or wish to block early morning sunlight. The stove may require a lighter, (provided), for some of the burners. There are board games and beach chairs in the hallway cabinet. The extra towels in the hallway closet are for the next guests. Please avoid using these if possible. The living room blinds need to be opened and closed with care. Please be gentle. (The left side of the blinds can be hitchy when closing) Please do not use the indoor fire place We appreciate feedback.
