Beautiful chalet near a small lake surrounded by forest, perfect for families and groups up to 12 guests. Only 1 hour from Montreal and 15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur. Close to ski slopes, restaurants and outdoor activities year-round. Registered – CITQ: 281175 The space This chalet is truly unique. Built from full natural logs by skilled craftsmen, it reflects the authentic spirit of a traditional cabin. We intentionally kept its rustic character and used as few modern materials as possible to preserve the natural wood atmosphere and its distinctive scent. Surrounded by forest, the chalet offers peaceful views of a small nearby lake and a true connection with nature. Guest access A door access code will be provided one day before arrival for easy self check-in. Guests have full access to the entire chalet, including the spa, indoor and outdoor areas and shared lake dock with pédalos. Please note that mechanical and maintenance rooms are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Cleaning -Normal usage is expected, everything above normal will be charged. -All the remaining garbage must be stored in garbage bags, sealed and stored outside in the 3 bins that you can easily find. -You are not allowed to take them down, next to the road, we are the ones who remove them after each group, in this way we can maintain cleanliness in the area. -The refrigerator must be emptied and cleaned. -Our stove, hope you are not the master chef of the group and you want to show you're talent when is coming about your favorite recipe, and if you do it, make sure that the contents stay in the pan and not on the bottom or walls of the oven, such burns come out very hard and require extra cleaning time, that time will be charged from your deposit. -Dishwasher: for better cleaning results, you are obliged to rinse them of the rest of the residues before storing them, try not to overload it with objects larger in volume or placed on top, believe me that a bill of plumber when it comes to repairing or unclogging is quite big, I'll tell you from my own experience. But don't stress because in the drawer and under the sink you will find gloves and detergent that will help you in this process. Smoking will be taking place outside of the property and all your cigarette waste must be cleaned. -Please, don't throw cigarette butts and leftovers outside the cabin, it's very unpleasant to see them around us. VISITS -Unfortunately, visits are not allowed at any time, if the group consists of the maximum number accepted, this number must be throughout your stay, we try to keep the septic tank functioning properly, that's why we do not accept any visits. PARTY’S -We are aware that 85% of the groups that rent a location,do so for the celebration of a loved one, here are some requirements: music and noise must remain inside the location, in no way outside. the alcohol must remain in the glasses and not on our floors, so be very careful with . at the end of the day, we appreciate that group that, although they celebrated an event, no one knows or heard anything. what we don't know doesn't kill us, nor does it bring serious repercussions,so discretion is the best solution in this case. ACCIDENTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY -This location is considered an ARTISAN as a construction, which means that it is different from a house where some strict construction rules are imposed when it comes to security, especially when there are small children in the group. -This location is not friendly with children, but, if in the group, there are children accompanying him, the responsibility becomes entirely yours when it comes to their supervision. PETS -Unfortunately, following the unpleasant experiences that took place regarding animals, their access to this location is totally prohibited. OUTSIDE FIRE PIT it is totally forbidden to light an outdoor fire where you want. - no matter how pleasant it is to sit around the fire in the evening, it must be done where we decided, it must not be left unattended at any time, and it is mandatory to extinguish it with water after done.- we all know what serious repercussions this little pleasure can have if the safety rules are not respected. BBQ -after using it, try to leave it properly -don’t forget food scraps in it and dirty utensils, used in the preparation process, it is your obligation to wash them and store them in their place. -under no circumstances you are not allowed to move it from the place where you find it, it must remain there throughout your stay. -you do not have the right to move it on the wall with the house under any circumstance. INSIDE /OUSIDE FURNITURE -unfortunately, we cannot keep up with all people's tastes when it comes to the placement of interior or exterior furniture, precisely for this reason it is totally forbidden to move them wherever you want. - failure to comply with this requirement most often leads to the destruction of these things, due to inattention when they are moved, - if the furniture is not in its place, the total loss of the security deposit will take place. - this aspect also applies to the pool table, try to keep food and drink away from it.
