We have a licensed professional come weekly to maintain the hot tub (Sunday or Monday), but please note there are still agents in the water to keep the PH level regulated. It is HIGHLY recommended to shower before and after hot tub use to minimize potential skin irritation. Those with sensitive skin use the hot tub with caution. If you are staying over a Sunday/Monday, you may see our maintenance team briefly servicing our hot tub, but they will NOT enter the house. If you have issue with this, please let me know ahead of time.******ADDITIONALLY - if our hot tub service team needs to drain and replace the water for any reason (excess dirt, spray tanner, glass or food in the water, etc), guests will be charged $250 (maintenance team charge to change the water and clean). - 🧻 We provide guests with a "starter pack" of toiletries, laundry, and kitchen supplies, but longer stay guests will need to provide anything in excess. - 🧯 There are 2 fire extinguishers on the premises. 1 is underneath the kitchen sink and the other is in the upstairs laundry room. - 💡 Some lights are on timers and will automatically go off at night if they are left on. - 🚮 If you are staying on a Monday, please note we have someone to assist and take our trash to the curb. Do not be alarmed if you see someone taking the bin from the side of the house. - 🛋️ Pullout couch bed supplies should be in the coat closet next to the hallway bath. If they are not there, please contact me and I will send someone from our cleaning team to the house to assist. - 🎵 Instructions for the sound machines in the bedrooms are in the nightstand drawer - 🎮 There is an Xbox One and 2 controllers in the closet of the guest room across from the laundry.
