Pest sightings — a natural reality of desert living — fall outside the scope of refunds or credits, but rest assured we'll always make it right. 🔨 AN EVOLVING RESORT COMMUNITY Zion Skyline is still growing! Construction is ongoing throughout the resort. Work is typically limited to weekday daytime hours, with occasional work on weekends. The construction crews are mindful of our guests, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times. Refunds will not be issued for any noise or disruptions related to construction. So far, guest experiences have been wonderful, and we are excited to welcome you to this vibrant and evolving resort! Ultimate Gift Basket — Partnership Disclosure Our Ultimate Gift Basket is offered through valued local partnerships with Thrill Rentals and The Ropes of Southern Utah. As with any partnership, these experiences operate independently of our home and on their own schedules. Gift Basket offerings are subject to each partner's hours of operation, seasonal scheduling, and day-to-day availability, which we do not control. Should a partner be fully booked, closed, or otherwise unavailable during your dates, this falls outside the scope of refunds or credits on your reservation. Additionally, because these are partnership-based perks, either Gift Basket offering may be modified or discontinued prior to your stay. In the rare event a partnership concludes before your arrival, the affected offering simply will not be included, and this likewise falls outside the scope of refunds or credits.
