Includes a king-sized bed, diwan sitting, AC, and Wi-Fi. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes a king-sized bed, AC, and Wi-Fi. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes a king-sized bed, diwan sitting, AC, and Wi-Fi. Ensuite Bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 3 common bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There are 3 living rooms situated on each floor of the villa. Includes AC, WiFi, karaoke, a sound system, balconies on the first and second floor, and a table tennis setup on the second floor. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 2400 sq. ft lawn along with a separate section for al fresco dining that is perfect for intimate gatherings. There also sits an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 12.5ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Please note, this is an 8 bedroom villa and guests have access to only their three bedrooms and common areas. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
