THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This bedroom is on the ground floor. - Includes a king-size bed AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a single mattress for convenience. - Ensuite Bathroom with bathtub, Attached Balcony BATHROOMS - There is 1 attached bathroom. - The bathroom has a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries. DINING AREA - There is a separate shared dining area. - Include AC, WI-Fi, carrom board along with sofa and chairs. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside meals are not allowed at the property. LAWN - There are 3 lawns of 900 sq ft, 1800 sq ft and 4500 sq ft respectively. - There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL - There is an outdoor pool. - The pool is 30ft x 10ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Guests do not have access to the property kitchen. Please note that there are a total of 9 bedrooms out of which guests will have access to only 1 bedroom if they are to book this listing. The separate villa and pool of the host is located at the property which is not accessible by the guests. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session. - Bicycles can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 250 per hour. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
