Cwmwbwb Lodge is a 300 year old stone cottage and former hunting lodge of the Marquis of Bute! Fully renovated for your comfort, the lodge nestles on the side of Caerphilly Mountain - with views across the mountain and local golf course. You're just a two minute drive from Caerphilly town and train station with all the amenities you need including shops, bars and restaurants. And while you'll love this peaceful spot - you're less than a 20 min train ride away from the Welsh capital, Cardiff. The space A 300-year-old stone cottage beautifully renovated with an eye-catching interior - including leopard print carpet! The kitchen-diner is a lovely social space - while our cosy lounge is perfect for cuddling up in front of the TV at the end of the day. Two good size double bedrooms give views down the mountain and the bathroom has a bath for those who like more than just a shower. Double doors lead off the kitchen to a very private patio perfect for relaxing on a summer's evening.
