The master bedroom features a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, while the guest rooms offer a queen bed and a full-size bed, each with its own closet. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 12-cup coffee maker, pots, pans, mixing bowls, and all the essentials for preparing a royal feast. A dining table seats six comfortably. In the living room, you'll find a cozy sectional couch, and a armchair, and a wood-burning stove for those chilly winter nights. A smart TV and a variety of games are also available for your entertainment. Outside, you'll find two fully fenced yards. The backyard features a 6-foot fence, a doggie door, a six-person hot tub, and sectional patio furniture. The front yard is also fully fenced, and the two yards can be combined by opening the side gate, providing ample space for your furry friend to explore. Please note that the backyard shed is off-limits to guests and will be locked and secured. Come and enjoy a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comforts in this delightful Pagosa cottage! Guest access You will receive an access code 48 hours before your arrival to gain entry to the home. Other things to note Built in the 1960s, this home radiates classic Pagosa charm, complete with the unique quirks that come with its age. Please note that the home is a work in progress as we continually strive to enhance its features while preserving its nostalgic appeal. Your feedback is greatly valued and appreciated. There is a pet fee of $30, with a limit of two pets. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest. Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction. This cozy retreat is available for rentals of 30 days or more, offering you the ideal extended stay.
