The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a full bed in the upstairs guest room, and a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. Additionally, the loft features a full size pull-out couch for extra guests. The upstairs bathroom includes a tub, while the downstairs bathroom adds extra convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a crockpot, 12-cup coffee maker, air fryer, and basic spices and cooking oil for preparing meals. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your use. From the upstairs loft, enjoy beautiful mountain views, while the fully fenced backyard and enclosed porch provide a secure space for outdoor relaxation. The covered front porch is perfect for cozy evenings, complete with a gas fire pit and comfortable seating. There will be two locked closets downstairs and you the access to sheds is off limits. Other things to note Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this home offers a serene retreat with direct access to the National Forest right in your backyard. There is a pet fee of $30 per pet, with a limit of two pets. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest. Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
