Summer house in Blokhus - 10 min. walk from town and beach

Older, but modernized cottage, full of atmosphere, soul and charm. Perfectly located in Blokhus. 1 km to Blokhus beach 650 m to the first shops in Blokhus with restaurants, hosts, water park, bakery, grocery store, ice rink (winter) 50 m to the forest 200 m to Gateway, mountain bike trail, playground, packed house, etc. 5 km to Fårup Max 5 people: 74 m2, toilet, bathroom, living room, kitchen, 3 rooms, wood burning stove, heat pump, fenced terrace, covered terrace, natural plot The space The ground floor contains: hallway/entrance, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc., living room with wood-burning stove and newer heat pump, terraces around the house, including a covered one. The terrace is fenced for dogs and children. The 1st floor contains: There is a good staircase up to the 1st floor, which contains 3 rooms and a toilet. Room 1: double bed, 180 cm, as well as space to hang clothes on a clothes rack. Room 2: double bed in the form of 2 x 90 cm beds that are put together. They can be moved apart to single beds if desired. The room contains drawers and hangers for clothes. Room 3: 90 cm single bed, drawers and hangers for clothes, smaller table football table and a lot of toys for children, including small toy kitchen, cars, books, crayons, colors, coloring books, etc. Please note, the house is a NON-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed outdoors on the terrace. The property is a beautiful natural plot and is undisturbed and secluded. There is sun on the property all day on the various terraces. The covered terrace is lovely to sit on in the evening or when it rains. There is a rich wildlife on the property and from the terrace you can often sit quietly and watch birds, squirrels, foxes, deer, etc. especially in the morning and early evening. NOTE: The terrace around most of the house can be closed with the gate so that dogs and children cannot run out. The property itself is not fenced. Outdoors there is a sandbox, table/bench set for children, several garden furniture, including a sofa set, Weber gas grill, Weber charcoal grill and a shed with various tools, garden cushions as well as some outdoor toys and games. There are also 2 bicycles that can be used (the condition is ok, but you don't cycle 10 km on them). Bicycles may be rented nearby. The house is close to everything in Blokhus, such as one of Denmark's best beaches (about 1 km), Blokhus town (about 650 meters) with a rich shopping life, cafes, restaurants and grocery store (open every day, all year round). The house is also located right next to the forest (50 meters), including a dog forest, several playgrounds (when the campsite is open, the playgrounds may also be used). About 300 meters from the house you will find Gateway, which is a beautiful forest area with shelters, picnic house, playground, outdoor pizza oven, fireplace, etc. Here you will also find the start of several running routes and mountain bike routes. In winter, when there is snow, the track is made into a cross-country ski route. About 3 km from the house you will find FunArt. A newer place with amazing outdoor courses for football golf, croquet, Krolf, mini golf. There is also an indoor playground for the little ones as well as a fantastic café with a KREA workshop where you can paint all kinds of ceramics. About 5 km from the house is FÅRUP SOMMERLAND. Named one of Europe's best amusement parks. In the midsummer, their outdoor water park is open, it is huge with lots of pools/slides, etc. Once the entrance to Fårup Sommerland is paid, you can use the entire park, including the water park, without extra payment. Near the house is also a museum with paper art, Blokhus candles, where you can make your own candles and sometimes also glass sculptures, Blokhus salt center, where you can either buy or make salt with self-picked herbs, etc. There is also a café on site. In addition, it is about a 30-minute drive to the city of Aalborg. Other things to note CLEANING: The tenant is responsible for cleaning. (If desired, it can be ordered via the owner for a fee, as we can then order a cleaning agency) ELECTRICITY AND WATER: The price does not include electricity and water usage. Electricity and water are read on the meters upon arrival and upon departure. Payment for consumption can be made in cash in Danish kroner, euros or via mobilepaye. Electricity is taxed at 3.8 DKK per kWh Water is tax is DKK 85 per m3 of water (per 1,000 liters) SMOKING: NO smoking indoors in the house. ELECTRIC CAR: DO NOT charge an electric car from the house, as our electricity network cannot withstand it. If this is not observed, it will incur a fee of 1,500 dkk. (if something has been broken as a result of illegal charging of an electric car in the house, the tenant is also liable for the subsequent repair thereof). There are several charging points for electric cars in the city within about 600 meters to 1 km from the house; At the bus station, at the shoe store as well as near the descent to the beach. WITHOUT BED LINEN: The summer house is rented WITHOUT bed linen, sheets, towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dish towels, cloths, etc. The tenant must therefore bring this on their own. There will always be a lot of different spices available in the kitchen. There are often some items in the kitchen that can be used. It could be dish soap, sugar, pasta, etc. But it will vary what is in the drawers as it depends on what is left from ourselves or previous tenants.: -) The house is a NON-smoking house. Therefore, you are NOT allowed to smoke indoors. Of course, you can smoke outdoors.
