Tucked away on a quiet corner of Liberty Ranch in Kalmthout, this tiny house offers views to a spectacle most never see—ponies grazing nearby and, in summer, a herd of 65 horses thundering past just meters away. Spend your days exploring Arboretum Kalmthout or Rubenshuis, then return to a night under the stars with only the sound of hooves in the distance. A comfortable 221-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (electric-heated for hot showers). Guest access Guests have full access to the tiny house and its immediate surroundings. However, the paddocks and designated areas for ranch clients are off-limits for the safety and well-being of the horses. Other things to note - Wifi is available - No BBQ grill is available - Pets are not allowed - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the property - Mobile reception has weak signals for Orange S.A.; No signals for the rest - Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
