The space Canyon Vista is broken up into 3 separate livings areas. The bottom floor is a one bedroom, spacious and comfortable studio. there is a full kitchen and a full bathroom with laundry and a wet bar/coffee nook. There is also a hot tub outside on the ground level with easy access to the studio. The main living area consists of 2 floors. the middle floor has a full beautiful kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The middle level also has a beautiful balcony with stunning lakes views, a firepit, and a spacious hot tub. The 3rd level is the master bedroom with a small daybed, full bathroom, and workspace. There is a great balcony with a swing to enjoy beautiful lake views and hill country peaceful evenings! Finally, there is a bunkhouse behind the main house. The bunkhouse includes a Gameroom, small kitchenette, 4 bunkbeds, and a full bathroom. There is plenty of parking in the front for your boat as well! Guest access Guests will be given an access code to access the property!
