The space The apartment has a spacious living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen with access to a stunning loggia. Two separate baths with marble shower stalls, a walk-in closet, two spacious separate bedrooms with designer furniture and huge closets. Every detail in the apartment is made with love and thought, to make any stay outstanding! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment — all spaces are completely private and for your exclusive use. You can enjoy every corner of the apartment, including the kitchen, balcony and bathrooms Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox, making your arrival easy and flexible Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! The apartment has a multi split air condition system. It means that three conditioners have one ventilator outside the apartment. If you turn on only one air conditioner, you can select any operating mode and temperature. However, when they all work at the same time, they must repeat each other. This means, you need to set the same operating mode (heating-heating or cooling-cooling) and set the same temperature (30-30 or 20-20). Towels and bed linen are provided. Toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided for the first few days to help you settle in quickly upon arrival. Cleanliness is very important to us. After each stay, we thoroughly clean the apartment with disinfectants. We ask guests to maintain cleanliness, dispose of garbage promptly, and keep the apartment tidy. Smoking, parties, the use of candles and open fire, living with animals are not allowed in the apartment. In a walking distance you can find a city sandy beach, where you can lay, take sunbathes and relax for the whole day. However, pay attention to the fact that you often have to pay for the sunbed/lounger.
