This is a non-smoking property; the designated smoking is located outside the main entrance. This house has so much history to it and was put together with lots of love. Guest access The house is gated, which means that you have access to the garden without worrying about being seen from the main road. Your room is private to you and has a key to lock your belongings securely. To access the space, you will be given a bracelet at the reception desk to identify you as a guest at our hotel. The garden cafe is open to hotel guests and outside customers, and our spa operates upon reservations. We have receptionists, both during the day and night, ensuring the safety of all guests staying with us. If you are coming with a car, there is a paid parking on 2a Calle right behind the property where you can park. We also offer transportation services, for an extra fee, to and from the airport, and around Guatemala. Other things to note Airport pickup available for 400 quetzales ($55USD) for up to 2 passengers, 450 quetzales ($60USD) for 3 passengers, and 500 quetzales ($65USD) for 4-6 passengers. *NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE. There is a privately owned parking lot one block away where you can leave your car securely overnight.
