Would you like to experience your stay in Rome like a true local? At Interno 12 you can have a unique experience: relax in an elegant, comfortable and quiet apartment at the end of a day spent in the magic of the eternal city. Live in an elegant building in one of the most coveted neighborhoods of the capital and enjoy the serenity of being able to discover the many services and points of interest in the area, such as St. Peter's Basilica, strictly on foot, just as the inhabitants of the neighborhood do. The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a century-old building, equipped with an elevator. The environment is generally very quiet, which makes it extremely pleasant to stay at Interno 12. The space consists of 2 bedrooms (equipped with wardrobes), a large bathroom, a living room with air conditioning, a smart TV, a dining table, a kitchenette, and a comfortable sofa on which to relax. The original decor, with unique pieces that belonged to the owners' family, makes the accommodation very cozy. At Interno 12, it's impossible not to feel at home! Guest access The dedicated space is entirely available for guests' use, with the exception of the hallway at the entrance, which is shared with another apartment but is, in any case, located outside the apartment named “Interno12.” Check-in is normally allowed until 11:00 p.m. due to the quiet hours rule, but we are flexible. Other things to note We ask guests to maintain proper behavior during their stay and not to disturb the neighbors, who usually live in the building. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 11pm and 8pm. Please note that the air conditioner is located in the common area, in the living room (it manages to cool/warm the entire apartment). There are functional fans in the bedrooms, and for the winter there is also central heating with classic radiators, one in each room of the house.
