Safe. Quiet. Secure, 825sq ft of spacious & serene studio with private entrance and deck with water views. Comfortable queen bed with organic mattress and topper. Large kitchen, work desk, Wi-Fi, comfortable sofa, outdoor dining, and large screen media. I have stayed with Airbnb many times, but I changed my email address so I had to set up a new account. So I don't have any reviews on this account. New range/oven, carpet, wood floors, ceiling lighting, lamps, dining table, bench and chairs. The space My main house is updated and clean, my neighbors are very quiet, there are no houses across from me. This is a very safe neighborhood. It located 2 miles up a few turns to a nice height to see my oak trees, water and mountain views. I also don't have neighbors behind me as my lot is a street to street lot. Its very private! Guest access Street Parking is easy in front of my house, a slight slope down driveway, turn right and follow path to stairs on the right side, 13 stairs and turn left to end of large deck to enter studio. I have motion sensor lights to guide your path, and outside lights above the studio. There is normally at least 2 parking spots right in front of my house. Other things to note Street parking is right in front of my house, slight slope down driveway to access path to the studio. There is usually 2 spaces available.
