Escape the hustle with this beautifully renovated lakefront home in Leesville, SC. The property is ~1/2 acre with plenty of parking and is nestled in a quiet protected cove with plenty of room for the family to float, swim, or explore! Home has a private dock with ~4.5 feet of water and is set up with cleats to easily tie your own boat or rental. The home is also within walking distance to the SC&G #4 boat landing and launch to launch your own private boat or jet ski. The space The home comes with everything needed for an amazing vacation: - 2 Stand up paddle boards - 2 kayaks for exploring Lake Murray - Fire Pit - Ping Pong Table - Arcade Machine with Golf, Bowling, Shuffleboard - Washing Machine and Dryer (In Basement) - Keurig and Drip Coffee Machine - Upgraded tile bathroom with a Rain shower combo Guest access Guests will access the home via the digital lock. The code is provided at 4PM the day before your stay and guests can check in anytime. We do require guests to notify the property team if they plan to check in after 9PM to ensure someone is available if there is a problem with check in. Other things to note House Rules & Important Information To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following: • Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.) • No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund. • This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone. • The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. • Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property. • Hot Tub Care: To keep the hot tub sparkling clean, please avoid cross-contaminating it with lake water. We kindly ask that you use a different swimsuit for the hot tub than the lake. If algae contamination occurs and the hot tub turns green, a $250 drain and cleaning fee will be applied after checkout. • Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
