This cabin is one of two on our 5-acre property, conjoined by a communal fire pit while remaining separate retreats. Enjoy the possibility of fellow adventurers or book both. The space After a long day of exploring nature, come back to your cozy cabin and relax on the 1st level deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of the Jim Creek River. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed, modern cabin where you can gather in the comfortable living room by the electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops, or grill up some burgers for dinner. The propane fire pit keeps conversational central to the back deck where the evening can unwind without straying far from the convenience of the home. In the evening, head up the ladder to the loft with your book for a cozy reader's retreat. The property has a well for all water supply - please be aware it has a higher mineral content than public water. A Jolie shower head filter is supplied to counter balance but does not eliminate all water/odor hard minerals. Follow the painted arrow in the yard that guides you down to the trail to the pond or continue up the path for more hiking. The property features hundreds of trees adorned with draping moss, reminiscent of the Olympic National Park, and a sea of ferns dotting the landscape. Guest access Hall of Moss Cabin (B) is an hour from Seattle and 30 minutes from Everett. Conveniently located at the base of the North Cascades National Park. The home sits at the end of a county maintained road with a gravel driveway. You'll find 3 structures on the property: (1) your cabin - Hall of Moss (B), sister cabin for other guests - Evergreens & Moss Cabin (A), and a pump house for well water. Other things to note Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown Arlington, an adorable old fashioned town center. Downtown Arlington has restaurants, pubs, diners, bowling, breweries, groceries, and shopping.
