Your family / group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Packwood WA home. Walking distance to town and the last house at the end of the road. This mountain range view house was designed by the owner with a lot of modern mountain character. 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 king, 2 queen, and 1 twin bed & 2 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen w/ kitchen aid mixer, baking and cooking essentials & charcoal BBQ. Desk space for working, coffee/wet bar, hot tub, gas fireplace. The space The property overlooks downtown Packwood and has a 180 degrees mountain range view and a on a clear day you can see the peak of Mt Rainier through the kitchen window. The living space has a very large amount of glass to take in the views. Walking distance to town. The last house located at the end of the road. The house is perfect for exoloring nearby Skiing at White Pass Ski Resort, hiking the national forest, enjoying the river, or swimming at the lakes. Packwood has a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, brewerys and bars. This is a family friendly town. Please be careful in the loft and no small children in the loft. The staircase is sturdy but unique and could pose a risk if not careful to anyone. Proceed into the loft at your own risk. This is a NO SMOKING 🚭 home. This means NO cigarettes NO vaping NO weed NO epens. ZERO. Do not smoke inside the home or it's attachments i.e. the deck/balcony area etc. If you have to partake, please do so in the driveway or outside the living area. We have a nice charcoal BBQ on site, but we do not provide the charcoal. Blanton's has an array as well as the Ace hardware in town. Please check with the local burn ban to make sure the bbq-ing is acceptable the time of year you're joining us! The wifi password is office98422 Do not park in front of the garage. There is a studio apartment in the garage. That parking space is reserved for that unit. Guest access The full house is accessible. There is a second unit in the garage / studio on the property.
