Comprising a living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, extractor hood, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room that can accommodate 4 people and a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. Also, a separate bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a shower room (1 sink, toilet and shower). Very well equipped and carefully decorated accommodation for a relaxing stay. Private and enclosed terrace, very pleasant with 2 deckchairs, garden furniture and a Mexican stove serving as a brazier and barbecue. Pets allowed (the accommodation being small, it is best to avoid large dogs such as German shepherds, Argentine dog...). Bed linen is provided as well as tea towels and shower mat. Bath towels are to be provided. Two bicycles will be available on request. Guest access The property is part of the owners' main residence, has independent and direct access from the street and parking space. Just 2 minutes from the A84. Other things to note The bedroom and the living room are equipped with electric roller shutters. 2 bikes are available for guests to use.
