Welcome to Tenuta Il Giardino, a charming property 15 minutes from the city of Lucca. This elegant 145-square-meter villa offers a perfect retreat for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside without sacrificing modern comforts. Private pool: Outside, a private pool invites you to relax, equipped with a whirlpool. The pool is not heated during the winter. Security and privacy: The property is fenced with a net and has an electric gate with a code. The space The property will be for exclusive use and consist of two buildings in the same garden. First building: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, a sofa bed (to be closed during the day in the kitchen) and a single bed in one of the double bedrooms. Second building: 1 bedroom, sofa bed (to be closed during the day in the kitchen) and a single bed at the entrance, kitchen and direct access to the pool. In both buildings there is air conditioning and mosquito nets everywhere. The swimming pool is for exclusive use with a whirlpool (unheated). Outside you will find a shower, a barbecue, and a pizza oven. Wood is not included, so it is recommended to buy it before arrival or in the following days. At the back of the outdoor kitchen there is a bathroom, useful to avoid having to return to the house while you are outdoors. Sun loungers and a covered area with a canopy and a dining table by the pool are available. In addition, there is an additional table in front of the entrance to the first apartment. Bed sheets and towels are provided by us.
