The large kitchen and dining space has lots of counter space, all of the upgraded appliances and an elegant dining table for 6. This will be a great space to meet at the end of the day, enjoy a fresh meal and laugh about the memories made that day! Move into the living space with comfortable seating, a large HD flat screen TV, upgraded sound system and high ceilings open to the second story. This open concept main living space is a great way for you and your group to be together whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing. The living area opens onto a generous sized balcony overlooking historic 5th Avenue. With fun and comfortable seating, this is a great space to enjoy the ocean breeze over afternoon cocktails or morning coffee. For your convenience and enjoyment, the main floor also has a half bathroom and laundry machine. Move up to the second story where you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, wall mounted TV and full ensuite bathroom. This space is also open to the living room below. Want a bit of privacy? Close off the windows and create a private oasis. There are also privacy and blackout blinds for your comfort. The second bedroom is large with 2 queen beds, ample closet space and a nice ocean view. There is also an attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, a full bathroom and wall mounted TV. A great space for kids or for those needing some extra sleeping space. Head up to the third story where you'll find the private rooftop. Here, you'll spend lazy afternoon enjoying the Caribbean sunshine and cooling off in the plunge pool. This is an amazing space to spend your day enjoying cold drinks and great friends. This will certainly be where you spend most of your time. For your convenience, there is also a half bathroom, counter top and sink. Looking to socialize with others? Head over to the common area where you'll find the lounging space and pool. This will be a great place to meet new people and enjoy the day. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private roof-top terrace with a private pool, as well as to the shared roof-top pool with barbecue and plenty of lounging spaces. Guests will have access to the underground parking and the right to use one parking place. ** Please note the elevator will be out of service from October 27th to 31st** Other things to note ● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform. ● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.** ● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth. ●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation.
