The space Large upstairs room with king size bed, couch (not a fold out) and twin-size floor mattress available. No cooking is allowed in the room, and there is no kitchen facility, but dishes and silverware are provided. You will need a vehicle if you stay here, there are no shopping or dining areas within walking distance, but there are two restaurants a fifteen-minute boat ride away. Door Dash and Uber Eats delivery available. Backyard has fire pit and private dock with seating, shade and lights, boat tie-up and jet ski dock (bring your own) are available, launch your boat less than 2 miles away, plentiful parking here for truck and trailer. Guest access Garage entry, one flight of stairs, 36-inch-wide doors, free parking, back yard, sitting area on private dock, tie up your boat to our dock, jet ski dock (bring your own), fire pit with seating and firewood. During your stay We are available 24-7 by phone or text to help with anything you need or answer any questions.
