Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! We renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (est. 1870) to feature this charming independent flat! There is a grocery store (150m away), along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is housemade. A forest & small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers & city enthusiasts alike. 10 minutes to the city center by car and easy to get to by bus (line 8). The space The bedroom is a loft style, and houses a very comfortable 160cm bed. Feather pillows and a feather duvet await you!!! The bedroom opens into a living space (but is separated by a hallway etc..). The living space features a custom bespoke kitchen (with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and whatever else you might need *including a fondue pot!). The living room opens up to a private flagstone terrace & mature gardens, large (new) bathroom with tub, shower and laundry… this is the perfect pied à terre for your stay in Lausanne ! We also have onsite parking for one vehicle, with a nearby visitor parking if needed. Guest access The apartment is fully self contained, however we happily share our courtyard parking. The guest parking spot is the right most slot… we leave the easiest place to back out of to our guests!! Please pull forward enough to let other people in and out of the courtyard 😀 Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We will set up the apartment as per photos for reservations of 2 guests. If you require the second bed set up (for only 2 guests) please note there is a 25chf set up fee (we offer this to the woman who has to move everything around to make the space for the third bed, and to offset the extra laundry etc). Thanks! Please do your own dishes should you choose to cook. Any dirty dishes left behind for us to clean will result in a charge (sorry that we have to write this)!! Please be respectful of the neighbors Please do not put recycling in the garage; you can rinse your recycling and leave it on the counter and we will make sure it gets to the right place!
