Beautiful and bright bedroom near the train station (3 minutes from the train station & metro station, bus stop in front of the house). The 15 m² bedroom has a bed (140 cm), built-in wardrobe, desk & chest of drawers. The shared bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, vanity, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room with TV, dining table, sofa, bar and lake view can be used. We are very much looking forward to your visit :-))) Guest access The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. From the train station and the nearest parking garage, Montbenon, it is about a 3-minute walk to the apartment. Less expensive parking is available by the lake (Parking Bellerive). By bus and metro, it is then about 15-20 minutes to the accommodation. Another, more affordable parking option is located on the edge of Lausanne (parking Vélodrome). From there it is about 15-20 minutes to the apartment by bus number 20. The day before arrival, you will receive information about the accessibility of the apartment. During your stay I work from home and can often be reached at home in my room. If we are not at home, we are available by cell phone. Other things to note Towels and linens are, of course, provided. It is not possible to store bicycles. There is no garage and no basement compartment. It is not possible to park bicycles inside the apartment. Public bicycle parking is in front of the building. The lake is a 20-minute walk away. By nearby metro it is about 10 minutes to the lake. A 5-minute walk away is the beautiful Parc Montbenon, with a large green area and magnificent views of the lake and mountains.
