Downstairs there is a garage and a room with a small sink where you can wash and hang your clothes to dry. The outdoor courtyard, partly green, can be used for children to play or have lunch. Guest access The inner courtyard is accessed by car through an electric gate or on foot through two gates on the other sides of the house.
