Arista Ranch in Norfolk offers a beautifully appointed 3,500 sq. ft. hospitality suite and patio area for your next stay. Featuring a rec room loft, full kitchen, wet bar, ping pong table, pool table, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 14) and a large open concept great room area with stone fireplace. Available for private rental. Large outdoor patio with gas fire pit and pavilion. The horse barn area is not part of the rental. Guests are free to use the entire hospitality suite, patio, fire pit, fishing pond and even go for a countryside walk around the property. To maintain the safety of you and our guest, large parties or gatherings are not allowed. We gladly welcome those looking for a family friendly place to stay. However, the horse barn area is off limits to guests. Both Chuck and Jana are available for travel tips and local favorite recommendations if needed. If your are interested in seeing the horses, that would have to be arranged prior to your visit. Guests are not allowed in the barn without an escort. Arista Ranch is that peaceful country setting we all desire when needing to get away or wanting to have an event with friends and family. Located 200 yards south of highway 275 provides easy access to all. Best way to get around is by car. No taxi or Uber type services. Norfolk Regional Airport (KOFK) provides private aviators a nice airport facility with car rental and courtesy cars.
