The Lemon Tree 🍋 – Service Animal House Rules Addendum To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, The Lemon Tree 🍋 adheres to ADA guidelines regarding service animals. If you are bringing a service animal, please review and acknowledge the following: --- ✅ Requirements for Service Animals: 1. Trained Service Animal Only The animal must be individually trained to perform a task directly related to a disability. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets do not qualify under ADA. 2. Under Control at All Times The service animal must be under your control (leash, harness, or voice command) at all times. Uncontrolled behavior (e.g., barking, lunging, or aggressive conduct) may result in the termination of your stay. 3. No Unattended Animals The service animal may not be left alone at the property under any circumstances. This is to ensure the animal’s well-being and to prevent disturbances or property damage. 4. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal You are responsible for immediate clean-up of any waste. Please dispose of waste in tied bags and place in outdoor bins. Indoor accidents must be cleaned and reported immediately. 5. No Access to Pool Area For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed inside or around the pool area. 6. Damage and Responsibility You are fully responsible for any damage caused by the service animal to the home, furniture, landscaping, or equipment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive fur, waste, or odor is present. 7. Noise Control Repeated or excessive barking is considered a disturbance and may result in early termination of the reservation. 📝 Acknowledgment By bringing a service animal to The Lemon Tree 🍋, you agree to the terms above. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay. Guest access the whole house except for the garage is available to all guests.
