Guest access Entire apartment and building amenities Other things to note - Being loud, pets, smoking/ vaping and having a party are strictly prohibited. The entire building complex (even outdoor areas) are completely smoke/vape free. The building management and neighbors are very strict about this. Please respect the rules. Violation of any of the house rules will result in a $500 fine and eviction. - Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: $40 per hour fee. Please request at least 1 day in advance so we can schedule additional cleaners to make sure it is ready in time. CANNOT accommodate same day requests. - While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! - To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we've provided a small amount of cleaning products for your convenience. However, please note that for the duration of your stay, you'll be responsible for purchasing any additional cleaning products needed. - This unit is conveniently located in an urban area, so there is potential for noise. However, we provide a white noise machine for your comfort. - Portable window AC units will be installed in the summer. Most homes in the PNW don't have central AC. Nights are cool and days are mild/cool. Additionally, fans are provided.
