You might meet or see The Miller family who lives next door, please respect their space & privacy. FULL BATH: tub/Shower Combo, towels, soap, shampoo LIVING ROOM: a couch and recliner offer comfortable seating to relax after a day of exploring, children's books and toys, Smart TV (to log into your own accounts) WASHER AND DRYER are located in the closet just off the living room, laundry soap and softener provided 2ND FLOOR: 1 KING BEDROOM: King bed, dresser, closet, pack and play, bedding provided 1 QUEEN BEDROOM: Queen Bed, desk w comfortable chair for guests needing a workspace, closet, bedding provided OUTDOORS: Outdoor spaces are shared with the Miller family next door. Please be respectful and do not roam to their area of the porch or side yard. While the outdoor spaces are shared, we ask guests to refrain from roaming to the next apartment. Guests should not go beyond the seating area on the front porch or roam the side yard in front of the other apartment. Guests are permitted to visit the animals in the meadow in the backyard. PLEASE NOTE: Owner is not responsible for any injuries, animals may bite. Other things to note **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
