The space Enjoy the open concept Living spaces with full access to the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Guest bath and Laundry. Help yourself to any baking supplies and kitchen supplies located in the kitchen. Guest access Guests enjoy a private bedroom with en suite bathroom and will feel as though they are staying in a private Airbnb rather than a shared home. My personal living quarters are located on the top floor, completely separate from the guest space. When hosting, I do not use the living room or dining room, giving guests exclusive access to these shared areas. I rarely use the kitchen and only stop in briefly for coffee or to grab pre-prepared meals. Due to my busy work and travel schedule, I am rarely home, and many guests find they have the space entirely to themselves for the majority of their stay. While the listing is priced as a private room with shared spaces, guests consistently enjoy the privacy, quiet, and independence of a private stay. During your stay you can text me anytime and I will be happy to help otherwise I will leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Other things to note My unit is on the ground floor, against the fence and tree line. there is a road beyond the fence so you will be subject to noise from street traffic. We are in a more rural area so it’s not City traffic noise but is a road traveled frequently. I sleep with a fan and it does not bother me. A fan is provided for you as well. Lost key fee is $75.
